We are looking for aspiring and suitably qualified individuals to join our Company Responsibilities To oversee revenue collection and compile revenue estimates and other financial and accounting returns of the department; To conduct costing exercises for fees and charges and coordinate submission of fee proposals; To conduct financial vetting for tenders of service contracts and review of accounting transactions; To assist in handling tasks on budgeting and resource allocations; To review and update financial and accounting procedures and guidelines; and To provide administrative support and perform other financial and accounting duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration Must be Construction Industry experience Member of HKICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia or related professional qualifications is preferred, but not essential Minimum 5 yearsof accounting experience, including 1-2 years in supervisory role Exposed to construction industry is preferred Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff Immediately available or short notice is preferred Interested parties please send full resume with expected salary and availability by email or clicking "Apply Now". #J-18808-Ljbffr
