Senior Finance Analyst / Finance Analyst Add expected salary to your profile for insights Preparation of monthly business review, variance analysis, SG&A, capex and sales reporting Support finance controllers the delivery of accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Analyze group and regions’ budget, forecast and actual results, such as profitability, cost and sales revenues using power BI and excel models Work closely with business and operations to understand their results across regions and segments Assist in 5-year strategy plan process Involve in reporting improvements through automation, standardization and simplification to meet monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements Coordinate strategic projects such as system implementations, process improvements, and other initiatives to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support and learn the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational plans. Preparation of Budget & Forecast for small entities Building insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision‑making processes. Data Analytics and Business Intelligence: Support the adoption and utilization of business intelligence tools and data analytics practices to enhance financial decision‑making and operational insights. Support the enhancement of financial systems and ERP integrations to improve reporting capabilities and operational efficiency. Our Requirements are: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field Must have professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, ACCA) A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in financial controlling and management accounting. Candidates with manufacturing experience will be highly qualified Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including Power BI, knowledge of Power Automate is a plus Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy. Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
