This position is within the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Department and requires an analytical mind and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities Drive the preparation of Board presentations, including financial modelling, group level forecasts and budget financials. Manage the Budget & Forecast Process: communicate guidelines, coordinate information collection from various departments (Supply Chain, Human Resources, etc.). Coordinate with departments to prepare and submit business analysis and variance analysis of actual versus budget/historical results. Process, handle, and analyze financial data (extract numerical data, prepare schedules and reports) to provide analytical support for decision‑making. Partner with BU controllers to understand performance and conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers. Participate in system enhancement and development projects, including streamlining processes, reports automation, digital transformation, and data analytics. Contribute to initiatives that standardize management accounting and financial reporting (system implementation, report design). Utilize company systems and analytic tools such as TM1, Cognos Controller and Power‑BI. Execute additional ad‑hoc analysis or assignments as required (e.g., communication with credit rating agencies). Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. At least 8 years of experience in auditing, accounting, business reporting and analysis. Preferably Big‑4 background with commercial experience. High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for large datasets. Strong numerical sense, analytical abilities and attention to detail. Critical thinking with the ability to explain fluctuations and variances to support business cases. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building effective relationships across multiple business units. Proactive, able to take initiative and address stakeholder concerns. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Rapid learning ability and capacity to work in a fast‑paced, tight‑timeline environment. CPA qualified or equivalent.
