We pride ourselves on professionalism, innovation, and exceptional service. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting our brokers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to brokers and management. Handle policy documentation, renewals, and endorsements accurately. Liaise with insurers and clients to ensure timely processing of requests. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and reporting tasks. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance administration. Must hold the relevant insurance intermediary license in Hong Kong . Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
