About the Role We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the APAC market, including China. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers and partners, and driving revenue growth in the APAC region. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high‑performing sales team to support our expansion in APAC & China. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in the APAC & China market Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers, distributors, and sales channels Explore new client and sales channels to drive business growth Manage and grow existing customer accounts to maximize sales opportunities Build and lead a dedicated sales team in China, including hiring, training, and managing sales professionals Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project delivery Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing initiatives Meet and exceed annual sales targets and KPIs Provide regular updates and reporting to the management team Requirements Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in the APAC and China market, preferably in a similar industry Established sales network and strong relationships with key customers and partners in APAC and China Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain successful relationships In‑depth understanding of the APAC and China market, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) Willingness to travel extensively within APAC and China as required Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree or relevant industry certifications are a plus If you possess the necessary experience, connections, and drive to succeed in this role, we encourage you to apply.
