Talent Acquisition | Business Partnering Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed oncology sales targets, focusing on NGS and molecular diagnostic products. Build and manage strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key opinion leaders to drive business growth. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, providing expert product knowledge and aftersales service to clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oncology market, expanding customer base. Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support client needs and improve service delivery. Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and report sales performance regularly. Mentor and support junior sales staff to enhance team performance and capabilities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or other related fields. 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in NGS or pharmaceutical oncology sales. Demonstrated track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets through incentive-driven programs. Strong knowledge of oncology products, clinical practices, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with strong problem solving and analytical ability. Positive, entrepreneurial, self-driven attitude with can-do spirit.
