We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive, General Trade to join our Sales team at Suntory Beverage & Food Hong Kong . In this role, you will be responsible for handling assigned accounts (Macau (Bev+HE) and China (Bev) distributors) including activities planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of results, and ensuring sales targets are met utilizing assigned funding. Job Responsibilities Work closely with Field Sales & Merchandising team to ensure execution and delivery Lead, manage, coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales target and KPI target Develop business growth strategy for Macau & China to drive category growth and maximize business revenue Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers & distributors Continuously drive to improve physical availability and conversion through understanding and responding to the needs of customers Skills and Experience Minimum Associate Degree / Higher Diploma 5+ years of related general trade experience within FMCG industry Individual contributor with minimal supervision, result-driven with good communication skills Strong connection within various sales channels, especially open trade and retail chains Good command of both English & Chinese #J-18808-Ljbffr
