Responsibilities Work independently in business development and client relationship management with Institutional Sales Clients, Corporate Clients, Pension Funds, Sovereign Funds, Fund of Funds, etc. Maintain good relationships with existing distributors and expand the distribution network. Conduct market research and support the team in distribution channel development. Prepare regular fund reports and newsletters to distributors, including retail banks, IFAs, insurance agencies, etc. Organize marketing‑related campaigns with clients. Handle KYC onboarding, due diligence, compliance‑related work, RFP and structuring of fund‑related activities. Perform other ad‑hoc duties and meet sales targets as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a fund house; candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager. Type 4 and Type 9 license holder preferred. Familiarity with SFC and other relevant AML/CTF regulations. Presentable, result‑driven with strong initiative and drive to succeed. Positive and proactive attitude, team player, ability to work in a complex rapidly evolving environment. Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
