OverviewJoin a dynamic team at a leading bank as a Senior Officer in their Product Development department focused on Cash Management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of innovative cash management solutions that meet the needs of their commercial and corporate clients.
Responsibilities- Responsible for product development and enhancement of cash management products, ensuring they align with market trends and customer demands.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new product offerings and improvements to existing products.
- Oversee the product development cycle, including solution design, preparation of system requirement documents, analysis of user requirements, and organization and execution of risk assessments for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless product implementation and delivery.
- Prepare product proposals and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback from clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials to promote cash management products to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the product development process.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and selling points.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in product development or management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on cash management.
- Strong understanding of cash management products and services, including payment solutions, liquidity management, and transaction services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
