Business Development Manager – Medtech & Life Sciences Translation Services Location: Boston preferred (or Remote) Ready to help medtech companies scale globally with compliant, high-impact language translation? Now, we’re looking for an ambitious, life sciences‑savvy Business Development Manager to join our team and drive new client growth in the medtech and medical device sector. What You’ll Do Build and grow a book of business by developing relationships with medical device, digital health, diagnostics, and medtech companies. Understand client workflows, from e‑labeling to IFUs to MDR compliance, and position Sesen as the partner of choice. Collaborate closely with internal teams to shape custom solutions for global product launches, regulatory submissions, and patient‑facing content. Represent Sesen at industry events, webinars, and client meetings. Stay ahead of industry trends in translation, regulatory labeling, and medical technology innovation. You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Have 3–7 years of experience in medical devices, medtech, regulatory affairs, clinical operations, or localization. Have worked with translation vendors before, or better yet, managed multilingual documentation internally. Are ready to take your insider knowledge and drive revenue in a client‑facing role.
