With sound support from the management board, a new business head is needed to expand and leverage on their business profession. Responsibilities Spearhead the development of family office solutions to single family office, UHNW, corporate strategic investments LPs Create and execute strategic plans to improve our service offerings, determine the overall branding, strategy to increase revenue and strengthen the firm's presence in the market. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their specific needs and delivering tailored advice and solutions using our expertise in alternative investments. Collaborate closely with our team of alternative investment specialists to develop customized portfolios for clients, proactively providing updates, advice, and potential private deals and funds. Supervise the operation, manage the risk and compliance of the operation, lead and grow the team under strategic leadership. Qualifications Experienced in the operation and management of multi-family offices Holders of SFC Licenses Type 1 and 4 are preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing relationships with high-net-worth clients. Strong knowledge of local regulatory policies and guidelines. Leading interpersonal and communication skills. High level of discretion and integrity in dealing with confidential information.
