Primary Responsibilities Support Relationship Managers in managing day-to-day client relationships, handling client queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. Prepare account opening documentation, conduct due diligence, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, periodic reviews, etc.). Assist with trade bookings, portfolio reporting, settlement coordination, and liaise with internal operations and external banks/custodians. Maintain accurate client records, generate reports, and ensure timely follow-ups on client instructions and requests. Collaborate with investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams to streamline client servicing and address client needs. Support Relationship Managers in preparing investment proposals, market updates, and presentation materials for client meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or asset management. Prior experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients is preferred. Strong understanding of financial products, client documentation, and banking operations. Proficiency in written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
