Associate Director, Information Technology Harbour Family Office is a renowned multi-family office that offers an extensive array of financial and professional services to cater to the needs of high-net-worth individuals in the Asia Pacific region. Key Responsibilities Formulate and implement the company's IT strategies and plans to support business development and regulatory/compliance requirements. Manage and maintain the normal operations of IT Department and cybersecurity of the company's networks, servers, and end-user devices. Drive a digital roadmap covering process digitization, customer experience optimization, and data-driven innovation. Monitor system performance and optimize IT resources allocation and operational efficiency. Manage ERP, CRM, OA, and other enterprise system deployments. Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to mitigate cyber risks. Evaluate and manage external IT partners to support innovation and project delivery. Support IT-related requirements from compliance, risk control, and audit departments. Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time. Job Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years in IT management, with a track record in digital transformation. Experience in Financialindustry/Fintech IT leadership preferred. Expertise in cloud computing, big data, AI, and enterprise architecture. Strong project management skills (PMP certification a plus) and excellent communication skills. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, can work independently. Adaptable to fast-paced environments with a focus on business continuity. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a higher position.
