Senior Manager, Enterprise Digital Products

Define the digital product vision, strategy, and goals for leasing-related systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives, standardization and consistency across regions Manage the full product lifecycle and backlog, deliver key capabilities, ensure timely delivery, scalability, and clear communication to different stakeholders Oversee project management, vendor management, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards Manage implementation, including discovery and gathering of business requirements, prototyping, documentation, and product testing. Close collaboration with cross functional teams, ensures alignment between technical capabilities and business needs Ensure smooth operational processes, address critical incidents, and collaborate on root cause analysis and permanent solutions Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and support business decision-making Ensure audit compliance practice on system perspective, monitor and implement audit requirements What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 10 years of experience in digital product management, with proven track record in managing complex projects with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders In‑depth knowledge of software development, data analytics, and transactional systems, with previous experience in delivering global projects across APAC markets, and working in commercial, real estate, property management or financial services industries will be a plus Strong business acumen, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive transformation effectively through data‑driven insights to functional leaders, and both business and technical stakeholders Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences and produce well‑structured documentation. Responsible, proactive, able to work independently and managing multiple tasks under pressure.
