Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in inspection, testing, social responsibility auditing, supply chain sustainability, and other related services for consumer products in Hong Kong. Location: Hong Kong. Responsibilities Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential clients, emerging market trends, and strategic partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Coordinate with internal teams, including customer service, operation, quality, and technology, to deliver excellent service and support to clients. Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive brand image. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities. Use market insights to develop competitive strategies and differentiate our services in the market.
