What You'll Do We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, maintenance, and installation of our IVD equipment for clients across Hong Kong. Perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of IVD equipment and systems. Provide installation, basic operation training, and repair within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations. Undertake scientific instruments installation, basic training, preventive and corrective maintenance via telephone and on‑site service. Assist other field service engineers in troubleshooting on‑site problems. Coordinate with the global technical support centre and specialists to report and correct faults. Provide technical support and training to clients on use and maintenance of IVD products. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintain detailed service records and prepare reports on service activities. Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest developments in IVD technology and industry trends. Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist in ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Overseas training is required. Provide 24‑hour standby for local customers (with standby allowance and overtime pay). Requirements Min. Diploma / Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent. At least 3 years of field service work in medical related equipment or in‑vitro diagnostic devices. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, resourceful, analytical, with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer‑focus mindset. Team‑spirited with a positive working attitude. Maintain the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal and external customers.
