Responsibilities Provides installation, basic operation training and repair within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Undertakes scientific instruments installation, basic training, preventive and corrective maintenance via telephone and on-site service. Help other field service engineers to make solutions to solve on-site problems. Liaise with the global technical support centre and other specialists to report and correct faults. Overseas training is required. Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements BSc or above in Biomedical / Mechanical Engineering / Electronic Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered. Experience in Health Care / Medical / Biotechnology is an advantage. Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills, customer oriented. Able to work independently, willing to take up challenges. Good interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
