Job Summary As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing daily trading operations, ensuring accurate processing of trades, transfers, dividends, and corporate actions. You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting our clients' trading activities. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee the execution of daily trades, transfers, dividends of funds, and bonds; Ensure accurate and timely processing of trade confirmations and reconciliations; Handle all corporate action events for funds and bonds; Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of corporate actions, liaise with external counter-parties on their requests and queries; Process account openings on the system; Assist in product onboarding and set up on the system; Provide support to the Settlement team and CS team when needed. Exposure in IT Projects Take part in system development projects, from user requirement collection, UAT, and system migration to deployment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; 1-2 years of experience in operations, trading, or financial services (preferred); Experience in Custody & Nominee Services system – Euroclear will be an advantage; Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Responsible, good at managing stress, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced working environment; Proficient in using trading platforms and financial software; Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
