Currently, our cutting‑edge financial products for cross‑border e‑commerce sellers are in the stage of comprehensive market promotion. We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager with extensive market experience in the cross‑border e‑commerce industry and customer resources to join our growing team. Job Description We are seeking a professional with extensive market experience in the cross‑border e‑commerce industry and a wide range of resources related to small and medium‑sized cross‑border e‑commerce clients. The ideal candidate will join us in promoting and implementing our newly developed cross‑border e‑commerce financing product. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of the cross‑border e‑commerce industry and cross‑border e‑commerce financing, as well as mature experience in managing financial products for e‑commerce sellers or large e‑commerce platforms. Key Accountabilities Develop and execute product strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability; Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement; Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation; Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships with cross‑border e‑commerce sellers and platform partners; Monitor product performance metrics such as adoption rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction; Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and resource availability; Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry best practices. Qualification / Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's degree or above; Minimum 5 years of experience in the cross‑border e‑commerce industry or cross‑border e‑commerce financing services; Extensive industry resources and network connections; Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation and coordination abilities, and market expansion capabilities; Strong business and market awareness, analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent organizational coordination, customer service orientation, teamwork spirit, and able to work under pressure. Location & Compensation This position is based in Hong Kong and requires frequent travel to mainland China, such as the Greater Bay Area; Salary offered will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience;Fringe benefits will be provided;Professional development and career growth will be provided;Hong Kong work visa can be provided;Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
