Nature: Secondment Contract (1 year, renewable) Job Title: IT Governance Officer (Regulatory Compliance) (Bank) ) Responsibilities Serve as an active team member within the Information Technology Department. Accurately manage data processing, documentation, and maintain the software inventory with up-to-date records. Prepare routine reports and dashboards for management and internal stakeholders. Participate in daily operations to ensure the Information Technology process is accurate and adheres to established internal procedures. Assist in developing the Information Technology governance framework and procedures, including preparing necessary documentation and presentation materials. Liaise with internal parties to coordinate project activities and deliverables. Provide administrative and other support duties as directed by the supervisor. Requirements Possess a university degree, preferably with a major in Business Administration, Information Technology, Operation Management, or a related discipline. Have a minimum of two years of work experience in at least one of the following domains: Office Administration, Information Technology Asset Management, Application Development and Support, Information Technology Operations Management, or Technology Risk and Compliance Management. Demonstrate extensive experience in policy and procedure development and writing. Have a good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in English is preferred, and the ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage. Exhibit strong independent problem-solving and self-directed abilities. Be self-driven, flexible, and highly motivated. Possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HKMA (IC-1, TM-G-1, TM-G-2, SA-2, CG-3, CG-6), PDPO, and PCI-DSS is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
