Responsibilities Manage the calendar of senior executives, arrange internal and external meetings, coordinate schedules across departments and branches, and ensure meetings run smoothly. Prepare meeting agendas, draft and organize meeting minutes, handle document approvals and circulations, and maintain filing systems for supplier contracts and other event-related documents. Support office administration, act as a bridge between department heads and branch owners/contact persons, and handle related communications and follow-ups. Oversee inventory checking, requisition, and procurement of office supplies and certain operational items (e.g., uniforms, stationery), and track orders and delivery status. Assist senior executives with daily administrative work, including document preparation, data organization, and other ad-hoc tasks. Requirements Hold a diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of relevant experience as an administrative secretary or assistant; candidates with frontline restaurant experience or human resources experience will be prioritized. Strong sense of confidentiality and ability to properly handle departmental sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in both English and Chinese. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with different departments and branches. Detail-oriented, patient, organized, and capable of independently solving problems. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and willing to work overtime occasionally to support company events or urgent matters. Preferred Permanent Hong Kong Resident.
