About the Role As Channel Manager, you will shape and invigorate how our portfolio of revered brands comes alive across sales channels. You will be the architect of our channel strategy, inspiring a dedicated team to drive growth and deliver tangible impact toward our mission. Responsibilities Contribute to category marketing plans, providing customer and category analysis, promotional strategy and integrating the plan with marketing and sales. Monitor trade KPIs and support field execution; share insights to support the Sales Director, Head of Trade Marketing and Channel Head in forecasting and performance reviews. Develop channel/customer 4P strategy and tactics in line with key accounts; support JTBD and key presentations to customers. Manage the trade marketing budget, planning and monitoring trade spend. Develop and implement promotional plans across customers (promotions, visibility, activation activities). Act as the key contact for the brand marketing team for all promotional and customer activity. Lead key projects related to revenue management, trade spend monitoring and portfolio improvements in coordination with other trade marketing managers and stakeholders. Experience We’re Looking For Minimum bachelor’s degree, ideally in a business‑related subject; minimum 7 years FMCG experience in Sales/Trade Marketing/Marketing and Key Account Management. Prior trade marketing at a blue‑chip FMCG company of at least four years; preferred functional experience in sales/key account with key international retailers or brand marketing. Results‑oriented, entrepreneurial and self‑motivating. Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles. Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and internal teams. Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities. Strong communication skills, both written and oral (English). Skills for Success Consumer insights, shopper insights, category analysis, collaboration, influence, consultative selling, channel strategy, sales strategy development, product planning, financial acumen, sales negotiation, P&L management, strategy execution, operational excellence, account management, ecommerce, and leadership.
