We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. Your responsibilities Contributes to category marketing plans, with customer & category analysis and promotional strategy. Develop Category Trade Marketing Strategy and align operation plan with MKT and Sales team. Monitor Trade KPIs and follow up with field execution. Involve in internal Integrated Business Process, sharing insights to support Sales Director, HoTM and Channel Head in Forecasting and Business performance review. Develops channels/customer 4P strategy and tactics in line with respective head of key accounts. Involve in JBP and key presentation to customers. Manages the trade marketing budget. Plans and monitors Trade Spent. Develops and implements promotional strategy and plan (in line with brand priorities and media plans) across customers: promotions, visibility, and activation activities. Key contact for the brand marketing team with regards to all promotional and customer activity. Lead key projects relating to Revenue Management, Trade Spent monitoring improvements…supporting Total Portfolio in coordination with other TMMs, local/global stakeholders. The experience we're looking for Educated to minimum bachelors degree level ideally in a business related subject - from a recognised UniversityMinimum 7 years FMCG experience in Sales/ Trade Marketing/ Marketing and Key Account Management Prior trade marketing experience with a blue chip fast moving consumer goods company of at least four years, and preferably additional functional experience in either : Sales/Key Account function working with key international retailers, or brand marketing. Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self‑motivating. Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles. Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing and customers and internal teams. Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
