We strive to become your all‑in‑one destination for any digital asset needs. The Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving Virgo Group’s digital presence and growth across global markets. This position focuses on executing digital advertising strategies, optimizing marketing performance, and supporting ongoing brand initiatives within the company. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced Web3 environment. As part of a distributed global team, the Marketing Executive will collaborate closely with colleagues across Canada and Asia, contributing to campaign execution, market research, and departmental operations. Responsibilities Manage digital ad spend across multiple channels, including but not limited to Google, X, TikTok, Reddit, etc. Collect and analyze performance data from all marketing channels and generate weekly reports and insights. Conduct research on marketing tools, technologies, and external partnerships that can improve ad spend efficiency. Draft ad creatives, including copywriting and visual content coordination. Assist with departmental administrative and financial procedures. Provide daily operational support and assist with other marketing tasks as assigned. Requirements Prior Web3 experience is highly preferred. Mandatory Requirement: Demonstrated experience in digital advertising, with strong understanding of SEO/SEM optimization, ad copywriting, and third‑party marketing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SemRush, AppsFlyer, Meta Business Manager, Google Console, Google Play Series, SFDC, etc.). Specialist certification from recognized organizations on digital marketing. Previous experiences on web3 social media such as Discord and X Space. Good understanding of office management and marketing principles. Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills; ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Some travel may be required. Working Arrangement This position is fully remote. Occasional travel within Asia is required for company events, marketing activations, and partnership engagements. This role involves frequent communication with colleagues in North America.
