He/she takes the lead in creating and driving projects from preparation to completion, including proposal development, co-working, and advancing progress with internal and external teams. This role requires a high standard of work quality. Tasks Being a great listener, leader, and follower who can drive the team with passion and vision All-round project coordination with the team, vendors, and partners in setting schedules and managing timelines Identifying and researching business opportunities in new and existing markets Writing full proposals based on the client’s/teammate’s briefing, backed by market studies, facts, and trends To drive a complete marketing campaign from proposal to execution and reporting, ensuring effectiveness & efficiency Being the event host to manage all on-site events, set-up, site inspections, and other preparations Planning and communicating effectively with organised documentation to push project progress Problem-solving with a solutions-driven approach, and always making things happen Support the Manager with assigned tasks and ad-hoc duties, contributing to overall team efficiency Supporting Luna’s growth and development through applicable marketing strategies or tools for Luna, project creations and new business collaboration ideas Flexibility for irregular working hours may be required based on project needs Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of experience in event management or project management in the event or marketing industry, preferably in brand marketing Understanding of marketing, activations, the event industry and solid proven skills Experienced in working with multi-national brands is a plus Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing or related discipline Proficiency in MS Office Suite Proficient in written & spoken English & Chinese Excellent communications and office skills Detail-minded, able to work independently while proactively supporting the team Strong problem-solving abilities Able to manage multiple projects and workflow under tight schedules Experienced in Client-Relationship Management is a plus Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional business manner On-trend, with a passion for understanding young markets and high-value brands Knowledge of PR, influencer marketing, and design software is a plus Higher experience will be considered for Senior Project Executive Paid Leaves (Annual Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Birthday Leave, Compassionate Leave) Medical Insurance Weekly Work-from-Home Day Discretionary Bonus We offer attractive salaries & remuneration package to the right candidates.
