About the role Edrington Hong Kong Limited, a leading premium spirits company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Executive supports the Senior Brand Manager in taking the brand to the next level by strengthening the prestige leadership of our brands as we establish The Macallan as an incomparable symbol of craftsmanship and creativity in Hong Kong and breakthrough with Estate Brands, Highland Park and The Glenrothes. What you'll be doing Exceptional Brand Building Contribute to the development of growth plans that support and deliver The Macallan brand growth and recruit new consumers to The Macallan brand Execute the brand marketing strategies and tools of The Macallan to support the business securing sustainable growth in volume and profit Deploy and ensure exceptional execution of brand campaigns, assets and programs Marketing Communication Campaigns and Activations Support Assistant and Senior Brand Managers on product introductions to create PR, drive brand awareness and engage with target consumers Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, websites, and internal communications in association with CRM team and Brand Advocacy Develop and distribute localized Press Releases in conjunction with agencies Monitoring and Reporting, track media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns; prepare regular reports Take global guidelines and adapt for powerful local execution Support in the creation of creative and activation briefs Work with local agencies to build and deliver Collaborate with Assistant Brand Manager to deliver and execute marketing plans Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Retail teams to deliver connected and integrated campaigns and excellence in execution Engage with internal teams to ensure internal awareness of plans and brand activity and to successfully implement and deliver brand plans Activations Reporting & Insight Support on collating and analyzing brand data analysis to shed insight on brand activity and activations performance and ROI, including learnings Leverage insights & findings to drive effectiveness and efficiency when developing and deploying impactful local programs Collate and Prepare activation reports, track A&P spend and ROI, and monitor expenses to ensure marketing programs are cost-effective Operation and Administration Excellence Support on administrative marketing work, i.e. preparation of NPD materials, new visibility POS and brand assets update and activation records and reporting. Support team operations and administration in stock issuance, logistics arrangements, finance and invoice processing, and marketing administration tasks. What we're looking for Solid understanding of marketing, communications and digital execution Preferably demonstrate passion about spirit products and love to interact and engage with target consumers about our bran Impeccable organizational skills with a resilient, positive mental attitude Adaptability to business priorities & potential changes in activation and communication requirements Ambitious and driven, with a proactive way of working and ability to work remotely and independently from stakeholders and colleagues in a matrix organization Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese Experience & Qualifications Degree educated (or equivalent relevant industry tenure and experience in Alcobev/FMCG Marketing of Food/Drink roles), preferably in Marketing or Business Preferably with at least 2+ years’ relevant marketing experience Ideally experience working for an alcoholic drink brand or luxury/premium brand What we offer At Edrington Hong Kong Limited, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and collaborative work culture.
