Operating with a small, agile team, we emphasize precision, responsiveness, and strong supplier relationships. Position Summary Report to the Trading Manager to support trading operation. Handle full sets of shipping documents, managing order processing, and coordinating with vendor factories across the region. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage full sets of shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Support the Trading Manager in daily operations and reporting. Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate execution. Coordinate with vendor factories in China and Southeast Asia to monitor production and shipment schedules. Liaise with logistics providers to arrange shipments and resolve delivery issues. Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and documentation. Ideal Candidates Minimum 3 years of experience in trading or export operations, preferably in building materials or manufacturing. Solid understanding of international shipping documentation and order processing. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a small office environment. Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin. Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers and logistics partners. Terms & Benefits 5-day work week.
