Company Overview We are a specialized trading company in building materials, working with OEM vendor manufacturers across China and Southeast Asia. Our Hong Kong office serves as the central trading hub for overseas markets, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Operating with a lean team, we emphasize agility, precision, and strong supplier relationships. The Opportunity: Trading Manager You will lead our Hong Kong trading operations. This role oversees order processing and shipping documentation, manages vendor coordination, and ensures seamless communication with overseas clients and European management. Key Responsibilities Manage full trading operations for building materials sourced from OEM vendors in China and Southeast Asia. Supervise one Trading Officer responsible for preparing full sets of shipping documents and handling order processing. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and overseas clients to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Monitor shipment schedules, resolve operational issues, and maintain compliance with international trade regulations. Prepare and review commercial documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure product quality and delivery standards. Communicate effectively with European management and overseas clients in fluent English. Ideal Candidates Degree holder in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in trading or export operations, preferably in building materials or related industries. Strong knowledge of OEM vendor management and international shipping documentation. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising staff. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
