Job Description Company Overview We are a French company specialising in premium wood flooring solutions for both indoor and outdoor applications, tailored for high‑end B2B projects across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With our own creative R&D team, we collaborate with interior designers, architects, and corporate clients to deliver bespoke flooring solutions. Our vendor network spans China and Southeast Asia, and we are committed to excellence in design, quality, and service. Our product focus includes high‑end wood flooring such as oak, bamboo, vinyl, composite materials, and other innovative surface solutions. Role Summary You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our international supply chain network. You will oversee daily shipment coordination, customer/supplier communications, and logistics flow between Asian production hubs (China, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, India) and sales regions (Europe and the Middle East). This position requires strong familiarity with import/export operations, documentation, and ERP‑based workflow management. Report to Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Perform logistics and transportation processes from factory dispatch to client delivery (CIF/DDP). Plan and monitor shipments, consolidations, and booking schedules with freight forwarders. Prepare and verify all shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.). Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and ensure all compliance standards are met. Track shipment status proactively and communicate updates to sales and operations teams. Liaise daily with production partners across Asia on readiness, packaging, and export schedules. Consolidate data from multiple suppliers to create accurate delivery plans and forecasts. Coordinate with in‑house Quality Teams and Third‑Party Quality Service Providers. Maintain up‑to‑date order and shipment records in ERP/CRM platform. Validate data accuracy for quantities, costs, and Incoterms in coordination with accounting. Generate weekly dashboards summarising shipment status, delivery performance, and freight costs. Collect freight quotations and negotiate competitive rates with carriers and forwarders. Track and validate logistics costs for supplier invoicing and margin analysis. Support Dubai and France offices with export documentation and delivery confirmations. Ideal Candidates Bachelor’s degree preferably in supply chain management, logistics, international trade, or related discipline. 5 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain management (international scope preferred). Experience in managing container shipments (FCL/LCL) and understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade documentation. Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms, logistics software, and shipment tracking tools. Prior experience working with Asian manufacturers or B2B export operations is a strong advantage. Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple shipments simultaneously. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills.
