Responsible Officer (RO Type 9) - Virtual Asset We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Responsible Officer (Type 9 - Virtual Asset) to join our dynamic team at HTF Securities Limited in Tsim Sha Tsui. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our virtual asset operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities Providing strategic guidance and leadership in the development and implementation of virtual asset investment strategies and products. Ensuring the firm’s virtual asset activities and operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry guidelines. Monitoring and managing risks associated with virtual asset investments and transactions. Liaising with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to stay informed of evolving regulations and best practices. Supervising and training junior team members to maintain the highest standards of compliance and client service. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and enhance the firm’s virtual asset capabilities. Requirements A minimum of 3 years’ experience in virtual asset management. Licensed as a Responsible Officer (Type 9) in the virtual asset sector, or a representative with sufficient experience and eligibility to apply. Extensive knowledge of virtual asset regulations, risk management, and compliance best practices. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make well‑informed decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with regulatory authorities. A degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
