Insurance Brokerage Responsible Officer

Handle license applications and renewals with the Insurance Authority (IA). Ensure brokerage operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and enforce risk management and compliance policies. Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless business operations. Identify and pursue business opportunities, including marketing initiatives and product launches. Evaluate and enhance business practices, products, and services. Update policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher . More than 10 years of insurance industry experience, including at least5years in a management role. Meet the Insurance Authority’s "fit and proper" criteria. PassIIQEPaper1&2&3, holder of an RO license beforeis preferred. Strong business insight and strategic thinking, with a thorough understanding of regulatory impacts on commercial operations. Proven ability to balance business goals with compliance, delivering innovative and commercially viable solutions. Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
