I. Company Background The Company is currently applying for a SFC Type 2 license (Dealing in Futures Contracts) in order to provide a one-stop solution with spectrum of brokerage and asset management services. II. Key Responsibilities Assist with application for licenses in Type 2 regulated activities. Ensure daily business operations are in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal control policies. Supervise the daily dealing brokerage services in Type 2 regulated activities, focusing on fulfilment of margin requirements and margin calls obligation of the clients. Oversee operation of the electronic trading system. Handle any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by senior management. III. Requirements Holder of SFC Type 2 license as a Responsible Officer with no condition. Minimum 5‑year solid & hands‑on experience in the futures industry. Minimum 2‑year experience in managing and overseeing electronic trading system. Good knowledge in settlement and operations, including handling of client assets. Previous work experience with execution brokers is preferred but not necessary. Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or other related disciplines are preferred. Sound understanding of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities. Capable and confident on decision‑making independently and communication with colleagues at different level. Prior experience in liaising and communicating with the SFC is preferred. IV. Remuneration Package Package based on experiences and qualifications; discretionary bonus based on business performance; 5 days a week, with annual leave. V.
