OSL | Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in leading the go-to-market strategy for our products and driving growth across key channels. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the crypto/Web3 space, the ability to craft impactful messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences, and the experience to manage end-to-end product marketing campaigns. You will work closely with product, growth, sales, and customer success teams to create positioning, messaging, and launch plans that resonate with users and promote the adoption of our blockchain-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
- Collaborate with product teams to deeply understand product features and capabilities, and translate these into clear, compelling messaging for different customer segments.
- Define and maintain clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for products, services, and features that resonate with target audiences, including crypto enthusiasts, traders, developers, and institutional investors.
- Craft messaging that simplifies complex Web3 concepts and helps users understand the unique value propositions of blockchain, DeFi, and crypto products.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of product launches, from ideation through to post-launch analysis and optimization.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of launch activities (e.g., content creation, PR outreach, influencer marketing, email marketing).
- Develop and track campaign performance metrics, ensuring initiatives are on target to meet product adoption and revenue goals.
- Continuously optimize and iterate on marketing strategies based on data insights, feedback, and performance.
- Use customer insights and product feedback to refine marketing tactics and improve customer retention.
- Work with community managers, KOLs, and influencers in the crypto and Web3 ecosystem to promote products, build brand awareness, and engage with users.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years in the crypto/Web3 or blockchain space.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for digital products, ideally in the DeFi, crypto, or blockchain industry.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi protocols, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (product, growth, sales, and customer success) to deliver on product marketing objectives.
- Experience in managing product launches, building marketing campaigns, and leveraging digital channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing) to drive user engagement.
- Strong knowledge of crypto market trends, user behaviors, and growth strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
