Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate prospects, leading to customer acquisition, retention, and revenues aligned with OSL’s Business Plan, with a specific focus on OTC trading.
  • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to promote our educational programs and services within the cryptocurrency sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including institutional investors, hedge funds, and crypto-related businesses.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of OTC trading to identify opportunities and tailor solutions for clients seeking educational resources in crypto trading.
  • Leverage existing connections and develop new relationships to expand our reach in the crypto community.
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and enhance our offerings.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Min 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on OTC trading and the cryptocurrency sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Extensive network within the cryptocurrency industry, including contacts in trading firms, investment funds, and educational institutions.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency products, market dynamics, and trading mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
