Job Summary:
The successful applicant will join the FIC Product Development team in the Markets division and be responsible for developing new product initiatives. This role requires a good blend of business acumen, data processing, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the team on executing overall FIC strategy, business initiatives, and product development, covering bond market, Interest Rate, and FX derivatives.
  • Involve in business studies and research on new initiatives and products, as well as formulating workable business proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, risk management, finance, and legal to assist on project initiation and implementation, including reports, presentations, and papers.
  • Conduct BAU report and data analytics on existing futures products.
  • Assist in educating/train potential clients together with sales and marketing teams on FIC business and products.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above preferred in Finance/Economics/Business Analytics or an MBA holder.
  • At least 3-5 years' relevant experience in the industry.
  • Sound understanding of Chinese/international FIC market infrastructure, business, and products.
  • Ability to generate ideas and conduct research independently.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible to work in a dynamic working environment.
  • Strong business sense with ability to multitask across priorities and deadlines.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese required.

Salary:
Our estimated annual salary for this position ranges from HKD 550,000 to HKD 700,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
