About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Operational Excellence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Oversee daily business operations and support the head of operations to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Lead regulatory audit projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet strict deadlines.
  4. Drive project management activities, including monitoring progress and ensuring successful delivery.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  7. Manage relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and operational success.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an international financial technology company.
  • Experience in managing regulatory audits, project management, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong technical and systems operations background, with experience supporting systems integration and process automation.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
