Executive / Senior Executive, Outreach and Partnership (Account Servicing) iFAST ePension Services Limited is a subsidiary of iFAST Corporation Ltd., listed on Singapore’s SGX-ST Mainboard. We support and empower our pension partners in their digital transformation to achieve better customer engagement, enhanced operational efficiencies, and improved decision‑making. We also provide step‑by‑step assistance for the transfer of existing pension schemes, including data migration, operational onboarding, and client communications, ensuring a seamless transition. Contract: 12‑month (Renewable) About the Role Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across Hong Kong’s corporate landscape. As Executive / Senior Executive in Outreach and Partnership, you will be at the forefront of promoting the largest digital pension platform in Hong Kong, empowering businesses and communities to embrace innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular on‑site visits to corporate and business clients, providing expert guidance to facilitate their onboarding onto Hong Kong’s leading digital pension platform. Deliver engaging on‑site training sessions and provide hands‑on support to enterprises and communities, driving the transition from offline to digital user experience. Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Collaborate on the design and execution of innovative workshops, campaigns, and events that drive digital adoption and community engagement. Manage and execute assigned projects efficiently, contributing to the team’s overall success. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in social sciences, marketing, business administration, fintech, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Enthusiastic about learning new things, proposing new initiatives, and maintaining a positive mindset. Passionate about digital innovation and committed to promoting digitalization. Proactive, results‑driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
