We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will join our primary contact team to assist customers in onboarding their subscribed cloud computing services. You will be trained to be the first point of contact for customers with subscription and billing enquires and to provide them with great and friendly advice. You will learn the service provisioning knowledge about the latest cloud computing products from Microsoft. We are seeking to gain valuable customer service experience in provisioning and supporting cloud computing services backed by global cloud vendors like Microsoft – We want to hear from you Roles and Responsibilities: Validate and process orders for cloud service subscriptions Adhere to prescribed procedures and workflows to accurately complete tasks within committed timelines and service levels Coordinate service provision for customer orders using integrated business support system and vendor ordering platforms Assign, monitor, and elevate dispatched tasks to technical teams and vendors related to service provision Handle customer contract renewals and cultivate long-term relationships with customers Provide first-level customer service, manage hotlines, handle inquiries, and assist with billing support for customers Assist in preparing accurate & timely reports Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required We are looking for: Higher Diploma or above in any discipline At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with experience on handling order processing Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Good command of written Chinese and English Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills A warm, approachable and helpful manner Passionate, hardworking, patient and willing to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer Annual leave, birthday leave, work anniversary leave, examination leave, and other welfare leaves Attractive remuneration package Staff buddy Program and regular team-building activities Continuous sponsorship for the latest cloud technologies training Opportunity to advance your knowledge and expertise in cloud technologies Who are we?
