Customer Success Manager II | MM

Summary You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll build genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long‑term revenue growth. You will serve as our client's trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product‑related issues. Simultaneously, you will be an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel. Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of MM accounts across UK/MEA, including low to mid‑size spend accounts and accounts with strategic growth potential. Identify and flag risks that may lead to customer churn by engaging appropriate internal stakeholders and managing customer communications. Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews. Collect product and operational feedback from customers and share with relevant internal stakeholders. Provide a high‑quality experience to customers on a day‑to‑day basis. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests. Drive adoption of platform features that lead to a better customer experience and higher retention. Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client‑facing experience as a CSM or Account Manager. Experience working with payroll clients/accounts. Previous experience in at least one of: fast‑growth startup, top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity. Strong relationship‑building skills, calm under crisis, and celebrates partners’ successes. Quantitatively inclined and data‑savvy; able to draw insights from complex data sets, ask critical questions, and synthesize raw numbers into actionable recommendations. Reliable, motivated self‑starter with a passionate growth mentality; thrives in fast‑paced environments and high‑responsibility roles. Solid track record of achievement—e.g., success in a top‑tier company, measurable business impact, or competitive awards. Strong analytical foundation with data manipulation and synthesis skills.
