Here’s your chance to join Cornerstone OnDemand as a Customer Success Manager. We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead post‑implementation client success in a hybrid, Hong Kong‑based role. Responsibilities Facilitate transition from implementation to Go‑Live and support customers' drive toward self‑sufficiency. Educate customers on self‑service tools, release processes, and other programs to ensure a successful partnership. Complete assigned interactions with customers who do not have an assigned Customer Success Manager or are outside of assigned portfolio. Manage a portfolio of customers and ensure high satisfaction with the solution. Conduct regular meetings and engagements according to each customer's success package, making recommendations for continued success with talent‑management processes, workflows, and system configuration. Develop a consultative relationship with customers and coordinate with Account Management to provide solution‑planning support. Partner with sales and account management to ensure alignment at all levels of the relationship. Advise customers of process/system risks, mitigate them, and develop solutions. Engage appropriate consultants and technical resources as necessary. Support account managers in upselling/cross‑selling additional Cornerstone products and services. Consider privacy and security obligations. Ensure systematic and meaningful adoption of the solution, identify obstacles, and collaborate to remove them. Collaborate with Super/Global Administrators and the Global Product Support Team to resolve complex or escalated issues. Maintain expert level knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand cloud offerings and configuration options; pass internal product certification exams. Ensure clients are productively engaged with Cornerstone, leveraging the Client Success Framework and best‑practice engagement model. Continuously mitigate risks impacting client success, satisfaction, referenceability, upsellability, and retention. Maintain high competency in talent‑management and technology areas such as HR practices, performance management, compensation, succession, learning management, and mobile software. Qualifications B./S. or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Finance. 3+ years using the Cornerstone OnDemand application. Highly detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Organized, methodical, with excellent follow‑up to meet expectations and deadlines. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Up to 30% travel may be required. Citizen or permanent resident of the country of application. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills.
