Job Responsibility Develop and execute strategies for payment services (local transfers and international remittances) and FX products, including product design, pricing strategy, and continuous optimisation. Plan and prioritise product backlog, participate in iteration planning and elaboration of the enhancements for the product. Gather and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders, consolidating insights into actionable requirements, features, and end products. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including technology, operations, customer service, legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing improvements. Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements to ensure all products comply with the latest rules and standards. Identify and analyse market trends and customer needs to build forward‑thinking product roadmaps. Job Requirement At least 5 years of product management experience, with solid knowledge on payment and FX products. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proven ability to identify growth opportunities and turn them into actionable plans. A self‑starter who thrives in both collaborative and fast‑paced environments. Fluency in English and Putonghua is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Cantonese is a plus.
