Education Success Coordinator

We are a fast-growing AI education company (TAIJUN AI Limited) looking for a driven School Partnership Coordinator to manage our school clients, assign courses & tutors, and actively expand our school network in Hong Kong. What you’ll be doing Act as the main point of contact for existing partner schools and institutions Coordinate course scheduling, assign suitable tutors, and ensure smooth program delivery Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school principals, department heads and coordinators Proactively reach out to new primary/secondary schools, kindergartens and educational institutions to introduce our AI education programmes Prepare proposals, conduct school presentations/demos, and close new partnerships Track partnership performance and work with the team to improve renewal rates Handle daily administrative tasks related to tutor allocation and school communication What we’re looking for 1–3 years experience in school coordination, education sales, customer success or account management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills will also be considered) Outgoing personality with proven ability to build relationships Excellent spoken and written English & Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus) Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, school visits) Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask Passion for education and technology is a big advantage Candidates with existing school contacts will have a strong edge What we offer At TAIJUN AI, we offer a competitive base salary plus attractive uncapped commission, giving you unlimited earning potential based on performance.
