Job Responsibilities Optimize existing operational workflows, drive automation and efficiency improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., SFC). Handle daily trade clearing, settlement, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy. Manage corporate actions processing (e.g., dividends, distributions, rights issues) and support back‑office operations for IPO‑related activities. Lead and coordinate back‑office system projects, including system enhancements and new system rollouts. Identify and manage operational risks, and provide support for internal and external audits as well as compliance reviews. Work closely with technology teams and front/middle/back office stakeholders to ensure seamless operational processes. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in securities operations or back‑office functions; project management experience is a plus. Familiarity with back‑office operations for equity and fixed income products, and solid understanding of trading and settlement rules in Hong Kong and major global markets. Strong experience in workflow optimization and automation, with the ability to drive digital transformation of manual processes. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Strong risk awareness, good understanding of regulatory requirements, and proficiency in English.
