Responsibilities Responsible for the entire lifecycle settlement operations of OTC derivatives transactions Perform daily trade booking and position reconciliation Prepare funding report to Treasury for settlement Handle instruction to Euroclear and status monitoring Ensure consistency between transaction settlement and transaction terms, ISDA agreements, and other documents Responsible for fund subscription and redemption, distribute dividend Participate in system enhancement UAT Coordinate with custodian banks, and third-party service providers to handle external matters such as margin calls and position reconciliation Ensure settlement activities comply with the compliance requirements of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting 3-5 years of experience in OTC derivatives settlement, back-office operations, or related fields Familiar with OTC derivatives settlement processes (such as total return swaps, interest rate swaps, credit derivatives, options, etc.) Familiar with Fixed Income, OTC Derivative and Structured Products; Familiar with ISDA agreements and derivatives product terms High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure Excellent command of English and Chinese #J-18808-Ljbffr
