Responsibilities Carry daily settlement transactions operation which includes deal matching Responsible for day‑end procedures & daily stock reconciliation Manage and supervise daily back office activities – securities/futures (CCASS & DCASS) Perform SI instructions and daily settlement operations of securities, futures and options Implement and maintain effective internal control in the operating process to minimise risk exposure Support ad‑hoc projects Requirements Diploma / University graduate Minimum 5 years related experience in brokerage industry Familiar with relevant compliance rules and regulations, CCASS, DCASS Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing Well‑organised personality with attention to details MIC background is an advantage Excellent command in English and Chinese Candidates with less experience will also be considered as lower position Immediate availability is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
