Settlement Officer / Senior Settlement Officer Location: Central and Western District, HK Execute daily settlement operations for US, Singapore, Japan, and other overseas equities, as well as futures, options, bonds, and Forex. Handle daily operations for CCASS and DCASS. Manage daily reconciliation processes. Process stock transfers (in/out) for clients and brokers. Assist senior management with ad‑hoc projects as assigned. Participate in system modifications and be responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Execute various corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits, mergers, etc. Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in securities back‑office operations, familiar with multiple markets including US stocks, Hong Kong stocks, options, and futures. Proficiency in various securities trading and settlement processes, including transfers, corporate actions, options exercise, etc. Familiarity with various tax policies and regulations, such as withholding tax, FTT, PTPT, etc. Experience in handling complex corporate actions like mergers, acquisitions, stock splits, etc. Knowledge of special business processes like SBL, REPO, IPO, etc. Good knowledge in CCASS and DCASS operation. Good communication skills, independent, reliable and detail‑minded, able to work under pressure. Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage. Willing to work in shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
