About the role We are seeking a dedicated Settlement Officer to join our dynamic team at Pantheon Financial Group Limited, a leading financial services firm in the heart of Sheung Wan, Central and Western District. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of securities settlements, contributing to the overall success of our organisation. What you'll be doing Accurately process and record securities settlement transactions, adhering to all relevant regulatory and internal policies. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, custodians, and clearing houses, to resolve settlement-related issues. Maintain detailed and organised records of all settlement activities. Assist in the preparation of settlement-related reports and data analysis. Stay up-to-date with changes in settlement procedures and regulations, and adapt processes accordingly. Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment. What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a securities settlement or back‑office role within the financial services industry. Strong understanding of settlement processes, market regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in using settlement‑related systems and Microsoft Office applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
