Its services cover the entire relocation process, including international moving, immigration, destination services, and assignment management, and it operates through a network of its own offices and partners in many countries. About the Team A high-performing sales team focused on aggressive new business acquisition and strategic growth. About the Job This is a highly strategic, hunter role responsible for driving new revenue based on current and future growth plans. Success hinges on a Solution Selling approach, where you identify client needs and propose the right relocation products and services to fill them. Be a subject matter expert on the mobility industry, conducting business development across multiple market segments, and delivering professional presentations to executive-level clients. Effective diary management, goal achievement, and a strong customer focus are essential to this role. Skills & Experiences Required A minimum of 3 years of proven experience using a Solution-based Selling approach. Strong knowledge of the mobility and relocation industry, including current market trends and economic factors. Experience in selling contracted services and vertical markets. Expertise in negotiation and the ability to call on management-level clients both by phone and in-person. Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) systems is required. Key Responsibilities New Business Generation: Identify and create sales opportunities to increase the customer base, focusing on new business. Revenue Creation: Create new revenue streams for relocation and assignment management services. Consultative Expertise: Act as a relocations expert, providing consultative advice, best practice, and industry updates to clients. Executive Presentation: Provide effective sales presentations and accurate documentation for executive-level mobility, HR and procurement clients. Experience 3 years Skills New Business Development (Hunter), Solution Selling, Relocation/Mobility Services, Assignment Management, Consultative Selling, Sales Presentations, Sales Strategy, Negotiation, Salesforce (CRM), Public Speaking Qualifications Subject matter expert with current knowledge of the mobility and relocation industry.
