Assistant Key Account Manager/ Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities Work with retail chains and Headquarter to plan and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals including the sales, gross margin and volume Formulate, plan, implement and oversee multiple FMCG key accounts for beauty brands including but not limited to online and offline accounts Prepare sales forecast & propose action plans to meet sales target Execute sales and distribution activities to ensure the achievement of key parameters for the annual sales plan including budgeting, pricing, new product launching, trade promotion arrangement, inventory control, stock management & etc. Identify new business and channel opportunities and assist in product development projects Prepare sales forecast, projection, market competition and sales analysis reports Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns and merchandise displays in chain stores, evaluate the promotion effectiveness and make recommendations Develop and maintain good relationships with Key Accounts, General Trade, etc. Prepare and present the proposals to our business partners and negotiate with buyers for new product listing, promotions, in-store visibility, planogram and trading terms Frequently review and analyze the sales performance and plan Monitor account profitability and trade spend against budget Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned Qualifications Higher diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines 2-6 years of relevant working experience in FMCG industry (especially for beauty products) Proactive, willing to learn, attention to details, result-oriented, highly sales-driven and good team spirit Able to work independently and under pressure Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Strong computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing #J-18808-Ljbffr
