Lam Soon is hiring a dynamic (Assistant) Key Account Manager to drive growth in the modern trade sector. This role is central to achieving sales targets, expanding categories, and building joint business plans across our portfolio of leading FMCG brands. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with key customers to meet sales and profitability goals. Develop and execute strategic plans for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and meeting customer expectations. Build and sustain productive relationships beyond the buyers to facilitate comprehensive support, collaboration, and joint business planning. Proactively collect and analyze market data to identify needs and pave the way for new business opportunities. Conduct regular visits to stores to ensure optimal execution, monitor competitor activities, and uncover potential business opportunities. Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and contribute to overall success. Drive efforts to penetrate new markets and maintain our leadership position in the industry. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree in any discipline 4+ years experience in Key Account management with experience in FMCG industry Good business analytical skill, negotiation skill and presentation skill Independent and result‑oriented Able to work under pressure Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Proficient in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint We offer 5-day work week, free lunch and shuttle bus and comprehensive benefits to the right candidate.
